This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by Melisa Moory, registered at Seredina St. 2, Retchica, 247500, Republic of Belarus (the "Developer," "we," "us"), the individual developer of the Parallax Live Wallpapers & 4K live wallpaper application (the "Application") as published on Google Play under the developer account name shown above. The developer name, address, and contact details on this page match the information provided in the Application's Google Play Console listing.

This Policy applies to the Application, its free features, and its auto-renewing subscription plans, as well as to any disclosures shown inside the Application. It is available at all times from the Application's Google Play page and from within the Application itself.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.

We design Parallax Live Wallpapers & 4K to work without requiring you to create an account or hand over identity documents. The categories below cover everything the Application may access.

2.1 Device & diagnostic information

• Device model, manufacturer, and screen characteristics (needed to render wallpapers correctly);
• Operating system name and version, app version, and language/locale settings;
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics;
• General, non-precise network information (such as IP-derived country) used for language defaults and abuse prevention.

2.2 Usage & analytics information

We use Firebase Analytics and, where enabled, Firebase Crashlytics (both provided by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand, in aggregated and pseudonymous form, which wallpapers and features are used. This may involve a pseudonymous installation identifier (e.g., a Firebase instance ID or Android advertising identifier). See Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

2.3 Subscription & purchase information

Parallax Live Wallpapers & 4K offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions billed and processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive only your subscription status, plan/tier, and renewal/expiry date to unlock premium content — never your card number, bank details, or full billing address.

2.4 Information we do not collect

The Application does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise (GPS) location, call logs, or messages, and does not knowingly collect this data. If a future version adds a feature that lets you set a personal photo as wallpaper, it will only access the specific image you select via the system picker, and this Policy and the Application's Data safety section will be updated accordingly before that feature is released.

Android requires apps to declare the system permissions they use. The table below explains why Parallax Live Wallpapers & 4K typically requests each one. The exact set may vary slightly by device and Application version — the current list is always shown on the Application's Google Play listing under "App details."

We process the information above only to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Application, including delivering the wallpaper you select (performance of our agreement with you);
• Process, validate, and manage subscriptions purchased through Google Play (performance of a contract);
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve app quality and stability (our legitimate interest);
• Understand aggregated feature usage to guide product decisions (legitimate interest, or consent where required by your local law, e.g. in the EEA/UK);
• Comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations (legal obligation).

Where the law of your country requires your prior consent for analytics or similar technologies, we obtain it before those technologies are activated.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers for third-party marketing. Limited technical data is shared only with service providers that help us run the Application, acting under their own privacy terms:

• Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Billing, and Google Play Services. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

We may also disclose information where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or ourselves.

Analytics and diagnostic data is retained by our processors for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy — typically no longer than 14 months from collection, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal, accounting, or tax obligation. Subscription records are retained for as long as required by applicable accounting and consumer-protection law.

We take reasonable legal, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information from unauthorized or accidental access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including restricting access to the data we hold and relying on providers (such as Google) who maintain their own industry-standard security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Paid subscription plans are billed and managed entirely through Google Play Billing. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at the time of purchase. You can review, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, generally at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Refunds are handled under Google Play's own refund policy, as we do not process payments directly or store your payment credentials.

Parallax Live Wallpapers & 4K is a general-audience application and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age defined by your local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at melisa.moory@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. To exercise any of them, contact us at melisa.moory@gmail.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days).

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR/UK GDPR)

• Right to access, rectify, or erase your data;
• Right to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability;
• Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
• Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA)

• Right to know what personal information is collected, used, or disclosed;
• Right to request deletion or correction of your personal information;
• Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

If you live elsewhere, we will honor equivalent rights available to you under the law of your country on a reasonable, good-faith basis.

The Developer is based in the Republic of Belarus, and our service providers (including Google) operate global infrastructure. As a result, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or Google's own compliance mechanisms as a data processor under the GDPR.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, our practices, or legal requirements. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required — for example, an in-app notice or an updated entry in the Application's Data safety section on Google Play. Your continued use of the Application after a new version is posted means you accept the revised Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, the Developer's country of registration, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence (for example, the GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK), which continue to apply where required.
